4. Moses Lillard, m. Feb. 11, 1829, in Williamson County, TN, to Eliza Ann Featherstone.

6. Minerva Lillard, m. March Gates.
7. Emeline Lillard, m. first to Pascal Ellington, brother of Daniel T. Ellington who married Martha Lillard. Married second to John Y. Williams. Child: (By Pascal Ellington) James Ellington of Obion County, TN, who married and had descendants.
8. Elizabeth Lillard, m. Mr. Goolsby. Shortly after they married the couple moved from TN to NC.

In the name of God Amen this ninth day of April one thousand seven hundred and sixty four. I Henry Walthall of Chesterfield County being old by living to a great Age and growing weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind and Memory  thanks be to God I do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, first & principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my Body to the earth to be buried in a decent and  Christain like manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as for my worldly Goods I give and dispose of them in the manner and form following
Item I give and Bequeath to my Grandson Thomas Walthall the son of my Eldest son Thomas Walthall my two tract_ of land in Chesterfield County to him and his heirs forever the one of the said tracts of land containing two hundred acres it being the land where I now live the other tract containing 327 acres lying on both sides the Ashen Swamp near the head and also I give and Bequeath to my said Grandson Thomas Walthall three Negroes one Negro woman named Sarah and the said Sarah_ son Frank and her daughter Abby the said negroes and their Increase from this day froward to my said Grandson Thomas Walthall and his heirs forever and also I give to my said Grandson Thomas Walthall all my stock of hogs and Cattle to him and his heirs forever.
Item I give and Bequeath to my Grandson Henry Walthall the son of my son Richard Walthall deceased one hundred an_ six acres of land I purchased of Henry Randolph Joining the land my said son Richard lived on to my said Grandson Henry Walthall and his heirs forever My will and desire is that the said land should not be rented nor toiled till my Grandson Henry Walthall comes of Age to be possessed with it Also I give and Bequeath to my said Grandson Henry Walthall one negro Girl named Bidde and her Increas to my said Granson Henry and to his heirs forever.
Item I give and Bequeath to my Grandson Henry Walthall the son of my son William Walthall one Negro man named Jack to him and his heirs forever.
Item my will and desire is that my Grand Children of my Daughter Phebe Featherstone deceased should Inherit the negro woman named Jude and her Increase that they have in possession at the discretion of their Father the said Negro Judy I gave to my Daughter Phebe at her Marriage.
Item I give to my Grand son Richard Walthall the son of my Daughter Elizabeth Walthall the feather Bed I lay on with the furniture belonging to it.
Item I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Mable Rowlet one Negro Boy named Bob and one Negro Girl named Hannah and their Increase to my said Daughter Mable and my said Daughter Mable to dispose of the said Negroes and their Increase as she thinks fit the said Negroes my Daughter Mable has now in possession.
Item I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Ann Cousin_s Eldest son Henry Cousins one Negro Girl named Usse and her Increase to my Grandson Henry Cousins and his heirs forever the said Negro Girl they have in possession that I lent to my Daugher An_ Cousins to tend her child.
Item all the Remainder part of my Estate that I have not given in my Will I give to my Eldest son Thomas Walthall and my said son Thomas to discharge all my Just Debts My will and desire is that no part of my Estate may be appraised my Will is that my son Thomas Walthall is hole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby Revoke disanul and make

I Carolus Fetherston of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and Testament in manner and Form following that is to say: 1st I desire that my Just debts (if any there should be against me) and funeral expenses be paid by Executor hereinafter to be named and appointed immediately after my decease:
2ndly I Give to my two daughters Elizabeth Russell and Sally Wilkerson Fifty Cents each and to my Sons Robert Fetherston James Fetherston William Fetherston Jeremiah Fetherston and Burrel Fetherston I give the sum of Fifty cents each:
3rdly I Give to my Son Charles Fetherston my Roan riding Mare and Saddle one hundred Dollars in Money which I loaned him not long Since and the one half of all my house hold and Kitchen Furnature.
4thly I Give to my Son John Fetherston my Black horce my Riding Gig and the other half of all my house hold and Kitchen Furnature
5thly I desire my Executor hereafter to be named as aforesaid to sell my Plantation in the State of Virginia for the best price it will command and cont.
