aforesaid fully explained to her she the said Sally Featherston acknowledged the
same to be her act and deed and declared that she had willingly signed, sealed
and delivered the same and that she wished not to retract it. Given under our

At a court held for Charlotte County 6th December 1841 This indenture with
certificates of its acknowledgment annexed as to Robert R. Featherston & wife &
Chappell Featherston was produced in court and proved by
the oaths of Wm S. Deupree, David Lee. Wm. H. Fowlkes, Gideon Foster, and Naham
Blankenship the subscribing witnesses as to all the other parties and ordered to
be recorded.

married in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN Film Data: be it known that on the
19th day of Jan. 1856 a marriage license was duly issueth Wm R. Featherston &
Ann Morris both of age and a proof filed.
1. a justice of the peace of said county do hereby certify that mr. Wm R.
Featherston and Miss Ann Morris were legally joined together as husband and wife
