Henry (Sr) a "Patriot" during the Revolutionary War -1783 provided provisions for the Army in Chesterfield Co.; Methodist Minister, ordained and licensed to preach 12 Sep 1788 by the Methodist Episcopal Church, license dated and signed by Thomas Anderson of the Methodist Conference. Between Apr 1808 and Mar 1813 removed from Chesterfield Co., VA to Smith Co., TN. It is not known when or where wife Elizabeth died. A certified copy (date?) of a record presented to the Smith Co.
