my use to Sell & convey one Tract of land which I have lying adjoining land of
William Featherstons land and Merryman Featherstons in said county or Buncombe
lying on French broad river below the mouth of Cain Creek containing in said
Tract two hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less to give Bond &
Receive payments & Execute Letters for the same and likewise to Collect all
Debts and sums of Money due to me within said State of North Carolina to
