SUMMARY: Agreement between John Parsons of Spernall (Warwicks.), gentleman, and Mary his wife, of the one part, and Thomas Fetherston of Packwood (Warwicks.), of the other; whereby the said John and Mary Parsons undertake before St. Andrew's day next to levy a fine to the said Thomas Fetherston of a capital messuage in 1 close or pasture called "Barneclose" other locations named in Spernall, of which John Parson is seized in tail general, with the intent that Thomas Fetherston shall stand seized thereof to the use of John and Mary and of their assigns.
