425 Thomas Featherston 1862 Norfolk

 

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Featherston of the Rectory House Swardeston in the county of Norfolk Gentleman I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same the same be at the time of my decease and of whatever nature or description the same may be or consist and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy or otherwise howsoever [ Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the charges and expenses of proving and executing this my will ] unto my three daughters Jane Marianne Featherston Laetitia Eliza Featherston and Frances Featherston in equal shares and proportions as tenants in common and not as joint tenants And I appoint them my said three daughters Executrix of this my will and I revoke all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the twenty fifth day of November in the year 1862 Thomas Featherston signed and declared by the said Thomas Featherston the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us so do bring together at the same time in his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses there to Saml Robinson Waddelow Curate of Bournemouth  Shirley Payne Norwich

Proved at London 12 March 1862 by the oaths of Jane Marianne Featherston Spinster Laetitia Eliza Featherston spinster and Frances Featherston spinster the daughters of the deceased the executrix to whom Admon was granted
