This is the last will & testament of me Lovina Featherstone spinster residing at 11 Alma Street Newcastle upon-Tyne made this First of September 1925 I give & bequeath all my possessions whether real or personal to my sister Dinah Frances Featherstone and I appoint my said sister Dinah Frances Featherstone and my brother James Simpson Featherstone executors of this my will Signed Lovina Featherstone Witnesses Eleanor C Swan Edith Meriam Swan
Affidavit of due execution filed On the 25th day of July 1931 Probate of this will was granted at Newcastle upon Tyne Be it known that Lovina Featherstone of 11 Alma Street Newcastle upon Tyne spinster died on the 27th day of January 1931 at Gosforth in the county of Northumberland and be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last will and testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Newcastle upon Tyne and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Dinah Frances Featherstone of 11 Alma Street aforesaid spinster sister of the deceased one of the executors named in the said will Power reserved to the other executor Dated the 25th day of July 1931 Gross Value of Estate £264-5-6
