385 Mary Featherstone 1874 Mdx

 This is the last will and testament of me Mary Featherstone of No 38 Canton Street East India Road Poplar in the county of Middlesex spinster I appoint my brother Jeremiah Featherstone sole executor thereof I give to Eliza Sarah Featherstone Susan Mary Featherstone Mary Jane Featherstone Louisa Featherstone Lydia Featherstone Charles William Featherstone and Fanny Maria Featherstone the children of the said Jeremiah Featherstone the sum of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings each I give to my Nephew Robert Porter Hows? [Bows] the sum of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings I give all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and I give and devise all that real estate of or to which I am now or at the time of my decease shall be seized possessed or entitled unto the said Jeremiah Featherstone his heirs executors and administrators absolutely subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and I devise to the said Jeremiah Featherstone and his heirs all estates which at my decease shall be vested in me as trustee or mortgagee upon the trusts and subject to the equities affecting the same I revoke all former wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine Mary Featherstone Signed by the said Mary Featherstone as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses  Joseph Thompson  Edward Coggon Colet Place Commercial Rd Clerk to Mr Pendergast
