I Michael Henry Fetherstone of the parish of Week St Mary Cornwall being in the full enjoyment of my bodily senses do give and bequeath unto Betsy Ann Honey my Niece all my real and personal property and do appoint her my sole executrix the maintenance of Richard Fetherstone my brother to come out of the same Also the said Betsy Ann Honey my niece is to pay all my lawful debts All residue and remainder of my property wheresoever and whatsoever I give and bequeath to my executrix

Proved at Bodmin the 10th day of January 1876 by the Oath of Betsy Ann Honey [Wife of Charles Henry Honey] the niece the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted
The Testator Michael Henry Fetherstone was late of Week Saint Mary in the county of Cornwall Draper and Grocer and died on the 2nd day of November at Week Saint Mary aforesaid Under £200
