150 Jeremiah Featherstone 1896 Mdx

The last will and testament of Jeremiah Featherstone of 146 Devons Road Bromley Middlesex 9 November 1876

Firstly I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as can be conveniently may be after my decease and secondly I give  devise and bequeath all and every my household furniture linen and my wearing apparel books pictures and also the remainder of all sum or sums of money which may be in my house or about my person or which may be due to me at the time of my decease and also all other my monies invested in stocks funds and securities for money and all my property and effects whatsoever & wheresoever both real and personal either in reversion or expectancy unto Dinah Featherstone my wife for her own use and benefit absolutely during her natural life and at her decease the whole [of the remaining property] to be equally divided between the then surviving children and I do nominate and appoint the said Dinah Featherstone my wife an executrix of this my last will and hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made I hereby declare this to be my last will and testament and in witness thereof have set my hand this ninth day of November one thousand eight hundred and seventy six Jeremiah Featherstone

Signed by the testator Jeremiah Featherstone and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament in his presence at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said testator and each other John Williamson Robt Brodie Mather

Proved at London 10th April 1877 by the oath of Dinah Featherstone widow the relict the sole executrix to whom admon was granted
