This is the last will and testament of me Ann Margaret Featherstonhaugh of Staindrop in the county of Durham widow ------ this seventeenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty I give devise and bequeath to my friend Thomas Burn the younger of Sunderland in the county aforesaid gentleman all my real and personal estate upon trust to dispose thereof as he shall think fit and to apply the proceeds in such manner as he in his ---------- discretion shall think best for the benefit of my son Marmaduke George Featherstonhaugh and I devise unto the said Thomas Burn the younger his heirs and assignes all trust and all mortgages estates vested in ---upon the several trusts affecting? The same And I appoint the said Thomas Burn the younger executor of this my will as witness my hand   AM Featherstonhaugh
