This is the last will and Testament of me Charles Featherstonhaugh of Wendover in the county of Buckingham Ropemaker I hereby will and bequeath all the real and personal estate that I maybe possessed of at the time of my decease to my nephew Edwin Featherstonhaugh of 32 St Margaret Street Clerkenwell and I appoint the aforesaid Edwin Featherstonhaugh sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this sixteenth day of September in the year of Our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty four Charles Featherstonhaugh
Signed by the said testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
