In the name of God Amen
The 28th day of December in the yere of o[u]r Lord God 1573
I John Fetherstone of Deepingate in the countye of North[ampton] husbandman doo make and ordayne this my laste will and testament in the maner and forme hereafter folloinge
Fyrst and principallye I doo bequethe my soule into the handes of Almightie God and his sonne my saviour and redemer Jhesus Christ
And my bodye I comitte unto the earthe from whence it came and the same I will to be buried in the Churche yard of Maxey aforesayd
I gyve and bequethe unto Drewe Measure my sonne-in-lawe a bald fyllye and suckynge foole[foal]
The residwe of my goodes and cattalles movable and unmovable unbequethed I gyve and bequethe unto Jane Fetherstone my wyfe and Margaret Fetherstone my doughter to be equallye devided betwene them whom I also make and ordayne mynth executors of this my last wyll and testament
Thes beinge wittnesses Thomas Butler and Richard Backe w[i]th other moo[more]

Proved at Peterborough on the 6th day of the month of February in the year of our Lord 1573
Before the Lord Bishop etc
And administration was committed to the executors named in the same will they being sworn in form of law
Saving all rights whatsoever etc
