 In the name of God, Amen.

The 26th daie of September anno d~omi]ni 1575.

John Fetherston of Sywell in the Countie of North~amp]t~on], beinge of p~er]fect mynde and memorie, made his Testam~en]t nuncupative in the presence of Henrie Coidwell, Clarke, p~ar]son there, and Will~ia]m Houghton, in this manner and forme followinge.

First I geve and bequethe unto Jone my wyffe all that I have, whilest she lyvethe, and that w~hi]ch shall be Lefte by her after her decease to remayne to my Children.

This was proved etc before Master Richard Talentyre, Bachelor of Law, aforesaid lie earlier in the register] official,

On the fifth day of the month of November in the year of our Lord 1575,

And administration was committed etc to Joan his wife, the relict of the said deceased, she being sworn in due form of law.

Saving all rights whatsoever.

And an Inventory was exhibited etc, £3 - 5s - Od, whereupon it was admitted in the form of a pauper.
