In the name of God, Amen, the second day of September in the 22d 32nd] yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the second, over England etc, Kinge, etc, Anno Dom~ini] 1680 .

I, Mary Brazier, of Fryering in Essex, Spinster, being sick and weak in Body, but of good and p~er]fect memory (praised be God for the same), doe make and declare this my last will and testam~en]t in manner and forme following.

Inprimis I committ my soul to Almighty God my creatour, in hope, through the merrittes of Jesus Christ my redeemer, to be p~ar]taker of Eternall life,

And my body to the earth, to be buried in such decent and Christian like manner as by my Executor hereafter named shalbe thought meet and convenient.

And as touching such estate as the Lord in mercy hath lent me, I doe devise, give and bequeath the same in manner and forme following.

Item I give and bequeath unto my sister Martha Younger, the wife of Samuel Younger of Ingatestone, the sume of twenty pounds, to be paid within three monethes next after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto my nephew Thomas Featherstone, the sonne of James Featherstone of Nayland in Suffolk
